Winter is the season for caring and goodwill - a good friend of mine brought me the lemon from Sorrento, another friend brings me a crate of Valencia oranges from one of his three trees from his home in Spain. I get to choose the crop from the three boxes, each box of colour varies slightly, their leaves a different shape and the skin dimpled in their own unique way.
