Agua Benedita De Sevilla

A diminutive holy water font in a corner of the exuberant and imposing Giralda Cathedral in Seville. I often feel that the smallest details, such as this font have as much meaning and purpose as the beautiful grandiose opulence of the Baroque within the Cathedral. A moment of contemplation in simplicity and purity.
