Cargo

The Gondolier emerges from the mists and makes his way into the mouth of the Grand Canal in Venice. He carries a precious cargo of storage jars with oils, herbs and spices from far flung lands. For centuries, the gondola was "The Chief" means of transportation and most common watercraft within Venice, thousands of the Gondola would have travelled down the Venice waterways - these are the true heros and the Merchants of Venice.
